WilderNest // Logo and branding

A premium outdoor gear and eco-lodging brand catering to adventurous travellers, who want comfort without compromising their connection to nature.

I crafted the logo for WilderNest by combining a mountain with a silhouetted backdrop which forms a nest. The sun in the background rounds off the logo, whilst reinforcing the outdoor theme and adding vibrancy. The colours are fresh, but the design is minimal. The initials W and N (lowercase) are hidden in the mountain, which is used as the simplified logo.

I showcased how the logo would work in situ, by creating a brochure. It gives a taste for the graphical style and a flavour of the photographic direction. I used a series of outdoor themed images, added various noise effects and filters to the images, created icons and nailed down the typeface styles.
