Knowl Apartments // Brand identity

A lettings agent who rely on their vast local knowledge of each location to rent out renovated apartments.

This project required a branding from the ground up, including a name. I went through the process of identifying certains nouns from the brief and worked with the idea of knowledge. Owl’s are commonly associated with knowledge, this acted as the logo starting point. I then identified a premium colour palette with a stylish serif font; Iowan Old Style for headlines, backed with Brevia for body copy.

I applied the assets to a series of estate agent themeed mockups, as well as lifestyle imagery to bring the branding to life.
